NC State sophomore wings Caleb and Cody Martin will transfer, the school announced on Thursday. The twins become the second and third underclassmen to leave the Wolfpack this offseason after junior point guard Cat Barber declared for the NBA Draft earlier this week.
Both players saw action in all 33 of NC State’s games this season. Caleb started 19 contests, averaging 11.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game, while Cody started 16, finishing with 6.0 points and 4.4 rebounds per matchup.
Before the departures, the Pack had been deeper at the 3 than any other position. Maverick Rowan and Shaun Kirk are the only small forwards left on the projected roster for the 2016-17 season.
