The “Coming Full Circle” irony at Louisville

These are historic and unprecedented times at the University of Louisville, as the school continues to deal with the fallout of the infamous scandal surrounding the basketball program while it also kicks off a substantial fundraising campaign for the football program.

The day after Louisville announced its “Coming Full Circle” capital campaign to expand Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium on Feb. 4, the school made public a self-imposed one-year NCAA Tournament ban for men’s basketball.
