Louisville welcoming more in-state talent than usual in 2016

As National Signing Day approaches, Bobby Petrino and his staff will look to put the finishing touches on Louisville’s 2016 recruiting class. When Feb. 3 arrives, the program could be welcoming the most in-state signees it’s had in five years.
