Wake Forest football continues to add to its 2021 recruiting class. Earlier this week, the Demon Deacons landed preferred walk-on Nick Ragano.
A 6-foot, 175-pound wide receiver, Ragano plays for Centreville High School in Clifton, Va. As Wake Forest reporter Conor O’Neill notes, this is the same high school that produced safety Nick Andersen.

Andersen, a true freshman walk-on, made national headlines last month when he recorded 11 tackles and three interceptions in a win over Virginia Tech. This came one week after a nine-tackle performance against Virginia, too. Unsurprisingly, Andersen will receive a scholarship for the spring semester.
Wake Forest’s 2021 class sits at 18 scholarship commitments — plus Ragano.
