Things continue to heat up for North Carolina football recruiting. Mere days after the commitment of 4-star in-state receiver Ray Grier, UNC has landed another 4-star pass-catcher: Josh Downs.
Downs, who plays his prep ball for North Gwinnett (Suwanee, Ga.) is rated as the No. 366 prospect in the 2020 class, per 247 Sports. UNC lands Downs over a host of other Division I offers, including NC State, Michigan, Duke, Oregon and Ohio State.
