According to WRAL, a date has been set for the University of North Carolina to meet with the NCAA Committee on Infractions.
The two sides will meet Aug. 16 in Nashville, Tennessee. The hearing will last for two days, per Jeff Gravely of WRAL.

That’s not all, though. UNC coaches Larry Fedora, Roy Williams and Sylvia Hatchell have been requested to attend the hearing, too, per Gravely.
Back in May, North Carolina made public its response to its latest notice of allegations from the NCAA. The full document can be found here. That was the third NOA received by UNC.
The NCAA received the school’s response on May 16. In that response, the university denied multiple allegations.
North Carolina has also released correspondence with college sports’ governing body cited in the public records request.
