After a busy early signing period, 2020 National Signing Day was relatively calm for NC State — as it was most places, too. The Wolfpack added three more signees, including recent commits Claude Larkins and Nick Booker-Brown.

NC State added two more signees, along with Larkins and Booker-Brown: wide receiver Joshua Crabtree and offensive guard Anthony Carter. Crabtree was initially expected to blueshirt for the 2020 season; however, that seems to no longer be the case. Carter rates as a 3-star prospect; so, too, does Crabtree.
While Larkins and Booker-Brown hail from out of state — Florida and Texas, respectively — both Carter and Crabtree are in-state products.

Compared to recent years, this NC State class has fewer North Carolina prospects on it; that could be related to Mack Brown’s surge at UNC. (It could also be just a one year blip, too.)
According to 247 Sports, NC State’s 2020 class ranks 41st nationally and as the No. 6 class in the ACC.
