13. Kenny Pickett, Pittsburgh
Pickett spent five seasons at Pittsburgh. Throughout his career, Pickett was rather industrious; during the 2019 and 2020 seasons, he combined to throw for 5,506 yards (6.9 yards per attempt) and 26 touchdowns. However, during his final season of play, Pickett put together one of the best seasons in ACC and Pitt history.
The veteran quarterback completed 67.2 percent of his pass attempts; he also threw for 4,319 yards (332.2 per game), 42 touchdowns and only seven interceptions. Pickett led Pitt to its first ACC title and became the program’s first Heisman Trophy finalist since Larry Fitzgerald.
