Wake Forest football is off to a resounding 3-0 start in 2017; next up for the Demon Deacons are the Appalachian State Mountaineers — with Florida State and Clemson to follow.
Before any of that, though, Wake coach Dave Clawson stopped by The David Glenn Show to talk football, media coverage and the state of the game.
So, why travel to Boone to play at App State?
Clawson: “I think it’s great for college football; I think it’s great for football in North Carolina. They’re an excellent program. You can certainly argue that they’ve been the most successful program in teh state over the last 3-5-10 years.”
