Dave Clawon helped guide Wake Forest to its first bowl victory in nearly a decade this past season. Clawson is now in his fourth season in Winston-Salem.
A plethora of defensive talent departed from the program in the offseason; however, the proverbial ball is headed in the right direction for the Demon Deacons.
According to Clawson, his rebuild efforts at Fordham, Richmond, Bowling Green and now Wake Forest centered around those who worked with him. A good staff should equal good results. Clawson also talked about his family’s summer trip to Montana and what it’s like to coach at a school like Wake.
