NC State basketball recruiting notes: big men still priority

NC State has its first verbal commitment in the 2018 class in 6-9 post player Manny Bates from Fayetteville (N.C.) Northwood Temple. Bates picked the Pack last Friday over Georgetown and is generally considered a fringe top-100 prospect.
