Tar Heel Sports Network play-by-play man Jones Angell joined The David Glenn Show on Tuesday as UNC prepares for its Sweet 16 matchup against Butler. During the conversation, Angell talked about Michael Jordan’s now-famous “The ceiling is the roof” line, learning from play-by-play legend Woody Durham and how the Tar Heels and Bulldogs stack up.
Angell also broke down why Joel Berry is such an important player for North Carolina:
“I just think he’s so important to what Carolina does. Not just the shooting percentage, but I just think he sets the tone for Carolina. When he’s really down and digging deep and defending at a high level and pushing the tempo, that’s when Carolina is at its best.”
