In-state wide receiver recruit David Eldridge became the fourth member of Virginia’s 2015 class on Thursday night when he gave his commitment to the Cavaliers. Eldridge made the announcement via his Twitter account:
I have officially decided to peruse my education and college football career at The University of Virginia! Truly blessed#wahoos #UVA

The 6-1, 165-pound pass-catcher currently plays at Kettle Run High School in Nokesville, Va. According to 247Sports.com, Eldridge also had offers from Boston College, Illinois, Wake Forest and several others.
Eldridge is the first receiver in his class to commit to Virginia, but he may not be the last. Wideouts Miles Gooch, Darius Jennings and Dominique Terrell are all playing their final season of college football this fall.
