The Wolfpack missed out on a junior college defensive tackle.
Alexis Johnson, a 3-star from Fort Scott Community College in Kansas, committed to Tennessee on June 16, a week after he paid an unofficial visit to the Wolfpack. The 6-4, 299-pound Johnson hails from Jonesboro, Georgia.
He also had offers from Louisville, Kentucky, Kansas, Baylor and Boise State. Johnson had 46 takles, 13 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, a pass breakup and a reception for Fort Scott last season.
