Julius Hodge was a guest on The David Glenn Show on Wednesday, and among topics discussed was the future of the former N.C. State star now that his playing career has come to a close. When asked about a possible transition from playing to coaching, Hodge stated that he’s already been seeking the advice of certain people with Wolfpack ties.
“As everyone knows Dr. [Debbie] Yow…she’s been giving me some really good advice on what should be my next move,” Hodge said. “I’ve been talking a lot with Coach Herb Sendek.”
The 2004 ACC player of the year also touched on his goal moving forward.
“My goal is to eventually get back and be with N.C. State’s coaching staff.”
Throughout the conversation, Hodge also talks about winning The Big Three Legends Game, talking trash with Christian Laettner and what it was like playing with Rodney Monroe and Chris Corchiani over the weekend. Click below to hear the full interview.
