The tweets were met by a flood of welcoming messages from NC State fans, hoping to land the five-star player from the class of 2016.

The account was almost immediately denounced as a fake by Triangle-area media, but not before the faux Langford roped in a high-profile follower—NC State head coach Mark Gottfried.
