Late addition Terrence Thompson helps boost Wake Forest’s frontline

Danny Manning’s last-ditch efforts to add a graduate transfer to this year’s team finally paid off.

Wake Forest announced on the school’s first day of classes that 6-7 Terrence Thompson, formerly of Marshall, will join the team. Thompson, originally from Durham, started his career at Charlotte, then attended Georgia Highlands junior college for two years before heading to Marshall.
