Quick note on NC State’s Notice of Allegations: according to Joe Giglio of the News & Observer, NC State has hired the same law firm that North Carolina used to fight the NCAA over academic malfeasance: Bond, Schoeneck & King.
The firm is based out of Syracuse, New York.
