NC State held its spring game in less-than-ideal weather conditions. It didn’t reach the level of the infamous wash-out against Notre Dame in 2016 during the worst of conditions from land-falling Hurricane Matthew, but it was still plenty wet and as the afternoon unfolded grew windier.
But there was still evidence of what to look forward to and what to be worried about.
