10. Tajh Boyd, Clemson

It’s not possible to discuss Clemson’s stature — as one of the top programs in college football — without mentioning Boyd. A former blue-chip recruit, Boyd ushered in a new era of offense for the Tigers. Boyd threw for 3,800+ yards and 33+ touchdown in each season that he was the full-time starter. Ultimately, he finished his career with 11,904 passing yards (No. 3 ACC history) and 107 touchdown passes (No. 1 ACC history).

During his final season with Clemson (2013), Boyd led the ACC with an average of 296.2 passing yards per game, while ranking second to Jameis Winston in passing yards (3,851) and touchdowns (34). That season alone, Boyd recorded 143 pass attempted of 10+ yards, which also ranked second in the league behind Winston.
