NC State’s wide receivers were one of the greenest position groups on the Wolfpack’s roster heading into 2016 — and that was before it was announced on Wednesday that veteran wideout Jumichael Ramos will miss the entire season with a knee injury. That’s especially unfortunate news for a team that will break in a new quarterback to start the season.
In 2015, Ramos finished second on the team — behind the ubiquitous Jaylen Samuels — in receptions (34), receiving yards (457) and touchdowns (3).
