NC State is 7-3 on the season, but the Wolfpack received a bit of a blow to their secondary depth. Defensive back Malik Dunlap announced on Twitter that he will enter the NCAA transfer portal.
The announcement came one day after the redshirt sophomore was removed from NC State’s depth chart.
Dunlap played in nine of NC State’s 10 games this season; he made five starts, too. During his time on the field, Dunlap recorded 20 tackles and six pass breakups.
