NC State has seen its football recruiting class shrink by two in recent weeks. Cornerback Jacobe Clement from Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek High School and receiver Emeka Emezie from Waxhaw (N.C.) Marvin Ridge High School are both back on the market.
