NC State continues to lock up in-state talent

NC State has added a pair of intriguing in-state commitments: cornerback Jacobe Clement, formerly of Charlotte’s South Mecklenburg High before transferring this offseason to Mallard Creek, and linebacker Darius Hodge from Wake Forest High.
