NC State adds more height to defensive line

NC State has made a concerted effort to get taller and longer on the defensive line in recent years.

Two years ago, they signed four defensive ends, and all four were at least 6-4, highlighted by 6-6 Tyrone Riley. There was not much of a need to sign any defensive ends subsequently in 2016, so the Pack bypassed that class completely.

It is a priority once again for 2017, and NC State received its second verbal commitment at the position when Deslin Alexandre, a 3-star prospect according to Rivals.com, committed Monday night.
