Deacon Dilemma: How should Dave Clawson handle Wake Forest’s QB situation?

At some point this week, Dave Clawson will have to return to the topic that dominated the discussions of the first few weeks of the season: his quarterbacks.

Kendall Hinton, who went down with a knee sprain against Delaware in the third week, may be able to return this week against Syracuse after missing two games. Hinton’s return would throw the quarterback situation back into confusion.

The good news is that Hinton’s return would finally give Clawson some depth again. As Wolford absorbed several big hits against NC State, Clawson had to be wondering what would happen if he had to turn to untested Kyle Kearns.

The bad news is that Clawson still hasn’t figured out who he wants behind center.
