3 reasons why UVA basketball will be better next season

Virginia’s season ended with a thud Saturday with a 65-39 loss to Florida in the NCAA Tournament’s second round. The Cavaliers had offensive struggles off and on for the last month and a half of the season, but nothing as devastating as the meltdown against the Gators.

It’s understandable and unsurprising if there is some pessimism among UVA supporters. That’s even easier to fathom with four-year starting point guard London Perrantes graduating.

However, there are aspects of the end of the season — even that final game — that can give Virginia fans hope for the future. What are they?
