Kevin Keatts and NC State prioritize the 2018 recruiting class

In their first weekend out of the office recruiting for NC State, Kevin Keatts and his staff, which included director of operations Thomas Carr, were on the road and making up for lost time. Carr was able to recruit because Keatts has yet to hire his third assistant.
