Will Yurtseven be cleared to play for NC State?

There is understandable excitement around NC State basketball about the addition of Turkish import Omer Yurtseven, a 7-foot center who projects as a one-and-done possibility. Yurtseven has signed with NC State, but the question that will hover around the situation until ultimately addressed by the NCAA is whether or not he will be eligible.
