UT Martin head coach Heath Schroyer is considering taking the vacant assistant job at NC State, according to Jeff Goodman of ESPN.

Schroyer recently finished his second season with the Skyhawks, who have won 20-plus games in each of the last two seasons. He also served as head coach of Wyoming from 2007-11 and Portland State from 2002-05. In addition, he’s made stops as an assistant at BYU (1997-2001), Wyoming (2001-02), Fresno State (2005-07) and UNLV (2011-14).
