What caused 2017 ATH Owusu to decommit from UVA?

During the Mike London era, UVA regularly reeled in talent from the fertile Tidewater area. Bronco Mendenhall and the Cavs thought they had a gem in 6-2, 197-pound athlete Jeremiah Owusu of Hampton, Va., one of the fastest rising prospects in the 2017 class.

However, Owusu withdrew his October commitment to UVA this past week. Why did he decommit?
