2023 WR Noah Rogers receives offers from UNC, NC State; key in-state recruit

Noah Rogers, one of the top skill position players in North Carolina, received offers this week from NC State and UNC.

A 6-foot-3 wide receiver in the 2023 recruiting class, Rogers plays his prep ball for Rolesville (NC) High School. Penn State and West Virginia have also made offers.
