Did NC State make a mistake by firing Matt Canada?

One of the most surprising developments of last offseason came when NC State coach Dave Doeren fired offensive coordinator Matt Canada, who had been given an extension just a year before after he was wooed by Tennessee.

Doeren hired Boise State offensive coordinator Eli Drinkwitz to replace Canada, who landed on his feet at Pittsburgh. But is the Pack better off a year later?
