Syracuse picked up its second commitment since the hiring of new head coach Dino Babers when 2016 linebacker Kenneth Ruff switched his commitment from Virginia to the Orange on Saturday. Ruff took to social media to announce the news.
Ruff committed to UVa in September after taking an official visit to Charlottesville. After Mike London was forced out as the head coach in November, he remained a Cavaliers pledge until flipping to Syracuse this past weekend.
Ruff is ranked the No. 37 inside linebacker in the class of 2016 on the 247Sports Composite. Babers’ 2016 group is rated No. 62 nationally.
