Seminoles actively seeking North Carolina's top gridiron talent

Florida State has done a nice job recruiting in the state of North Carolina in recent years, as the Seminoles picked up defensive linemen Lorenzo Featherston of Greensboro and Arthur Williams of Fayetteville in the 2014 class, and currently have a commitment from hybrid defensive end/linebacker Josh Brown of Charlotte in the 2016 class.

Jimbo Fisher and his staff are trying to add to FSU’s defensive recruiting success in the Tar Heel State by closely targeting two of the top remaining uncommitted seniors in North Carolina — defensive end Nick Coe of Asheboro, and offensive lineman Landon Dickerson of Hudson.

Coe and Dickerson are two of five uncommitted 2016 prospects who are listed among the top eight players in the state of North Carolina by the Rivals network. The Seminoles are actively recruiting two of the other three on that list as well — Wake Forest defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence and Havelock linebacker Keion Joyner.[hr]
