How did the ACC’s top-rated 2015 signees do as freshmen?

Programs across the country wrapped up their newest recruiting classes on Wednesday, and with the exception of any late additions still to come, the 2016 cycle is now complete.

A lot of excitement goes into national signing day, and Florida State and Clemson have to be as happy as any teams within the ACC, as both locked up consensus top-10 groups. But while bringing in the country’s top-ranked talent drastically increases a program’s chances of thriving at the highest level, none of that is guaranteed. It certainly doesn’t automatically translate to instant success.

The ACC’s 10 most highly touted recruits in the 2015 class were all ranked in the nation’s top 65, and they just wrapped up their first collegiate season. How did those players do as rookies?
