David Teel of the Daily Press joined The David Glenn Show this week to discuss the ACC-ESPN partnership and how changing the conference’s football schedule could affect the possibility of a channel or network devoted to the ACC.
“The driving force behind a nine-game football schedule would be the wishes of ESPN,” Teel said. “In essence, ESPN is saying, ‘If you want more media rights from us, then we need something from you.'”
