Results are in for last week’s poll on whether or not Grayson Allen should have been suspended for tripping Florida State guard Xavier Rathan-Mayes. The voters who participated believe, in general, that the Duke sophomore should have been suspended for the incident.
While every Duke fan who took part believed a suspension was unwarranted, 80 percent of total voters would have been in favor of at least a one-game suspension.
In hindsight, a suspension wouldn’t have made a significant difference this past weekend in the Blue Devils’ matchup against Pitt. While Allen scored 22 points in the Sunday contest, the Panthers handed Duke a 76-62 loss.
