Unlike the ACC’s television deals, which are negotiated on behalf of all the schools with exception of Notre Dame in football by the league’s management, apparel deals are done unilaterally by each individual institution. While many athletic departments within the ACC have similar arrangements with the same licensing organizations, each league member is free to negotiate its own licensing, apparel, and other merchandizing deals autonomously.
