Are college football programs underreporting concussions?

It was announced at an Al Jazeera American company-wide meeting on Jan. 13 that the news channel will shut down April 30, after two years of existence. Owned by a management team based in Qatar, the network was simultaneously a loser in the evening television ratings battle, as well as a casualty of falling global oil prices.

So what does this have to do with the ACC?

Over the past few years, Al Jazeera America kept comprehensive records of concussions around the country in college football, and the information is fascinating.
