Five ACC teams cracked the AP Top 25 poll going into Week 7. Those who made the cut:
No. 3 Clemson: The Tigers scored a 56-10 blowout win at Boston College on Friday night.
No. 7 Louisville: A Week 6 bye gave the Cardinals time to regroup after a 42-36 loss at Clemson on Oct. 1.
No. 14 Florida State: The sky might not be falling in Tallahassee after all. Florida State handed Miami its first loss of 2016 after blocking an extra point it the final moments and claiming a 20-19 victory.
No. 16 Miami: The Hurricanes will be haunted by a blocked extra point against rival FSU.
No. 17 Virginia Tech: A little (OK, a lot of) rain didn’t stop the Hokies from pounding then-No. 17 North Carolina to the tune of 34-3 on Saturday.
