Tatum tops rankings of ACC’s 2016-17 newcomers

With the 2016-17 basketball season comes another talented group of newcomers in the ACC.

Between freshmen and eligible transfers, the league welcomes dozens of talented players this year. Here, we rank the top 75 based on our assessment of talent and potential, as well as our anticipation of immediate opportunity for significant playing time. It should be obvious that 2-4 years from now, our updated rankings of these individuals might be quite different, due to unexpected circumstances and events.
