Wake Forest continued to close in on a full recruiting class for 2017, but the Deacons hadn’t received a commitment from a receiver yet. That finally changed when Jaquarii Roberson of Ahoskie, N.C., said he would join the program.

Roberson has not been highly recruited and is only rated the No. 204 receiver in his class, per 247Sports’ composite rankings. He had offers from East Carolina, NC State and Old Dominion.
