Which new faces will see the court most for UVa next year?

The ascension of Virginia basketball over the last few years coincided with the careers of multiple players who just graduated out of the program.

Over the past three seasons — a period during which UVa won 89 games and posted three consecutive Top 10 finishes — Malcolm Brogdon and Anthony Gill played enormous roles in the Cavaliers’ success, while Mike Tobey and Evan Nolte made key contributions along the way as well.

All four of those players are now gone.

But while head coach Tony Bennett will be tasked with replacing nearly half his rotation from the 2015-16 campaign, next year’s group will be looking to maintain its spot in the top third of the ACC. A few of the players who will be relied upon will be donning Cavalier uniforms for the first time.
