NCAA replies to UNC’s ANOA response

The University of North Carolina will take another procedural step in its NCAA case late next month.

UNC representatives will go before the NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions in Indianapolis on Oct. 28. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the procedural arguments raised in the school’s Aug. 1 response to the amended notice of allegations it received in May.

The panel will not conclude from the meeting whether violations occurred.
