Trubisky ranks in the top three in most passing categories

The last time North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky threw an interception it was on Nov. 29, 2014. The Tar Heels lost that day to rival NC State in Chapel Hill; Trubisky, then a freshman, came out of the bullpen to relieve Marquise Williams, and had a fourth quarter pass picked off by Josh Jones. A lot has changed since that game, and part of that evolution has included Trubisky’s progression from right-handed relief pitcher to one of the best quarterbacks in America.
