Blue Devils waiting on Bolden’s decision

DURHAM, N.C. — For Duke basketball, April has meant time spent waiting when it comes to its frontcourt situation for next season.

The Blue Devils figured they would get 6-9 forward Amile Jefferson back for a fifth year next season after he missed most of last season with a broken foot.

On Friday, that expectation became official when the NCAA and ACC approved the medical hardship waiver for the redshirt senior.

At the same time, Duke’s coaching staff is still waiting to see if it will add another talented piece to the frontcourt.
